Terms of Service

• You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13+, or higher in some regions).
• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must follow Snowprint Studios' terms for Tacticus and the Tacticus API.

• Don't attempt to attack, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the bot or dashboard.
• Don't register a guild with an API key you're not authorised to use.
• Don't use Ahriman to spam, harass, or evade Discord rate limits.
• Don't use Ahriman in any way that violates Discord's or Snowprint's terms.

• You're responsible for the API key your guild registers. If you provide a key without permission, you are responsible for any resulting issues or claims.
• You're responsible for the Discord roles, channels, and permissions you configure Ahriman to use.
• Officers using /auto_setup accept that the bot will create and manage Discord roles on their server.

If you submit a replay video, description, or other content to the Black Library, you confirm that you have permission to share it. You allow Ahriman to download, copy, and repost that submission into the Discord library channels and threads configured by your server. You keep whatever rights you have in your submissions, but grant Ahriman permission to copy and display them for the purpose of operating the replay library. You are responsible for any issues or claims caused by content you submit without permission. Don't submit private, sensitive, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content. Server staff and the developer may edit or remove library submissions when needed.

Guild officers are responsible for submitting only Tacticus API keys they are authorised to use, keeping those keys secure, and rotating them if they are exposed. Ahriman stores guild API keys server-side and uses them to fetch guild raid and membership data from the Tacticus API.

Ahriman is provided as is, with no uptime, accuracy, or fitness guarantees. Notifications can be late or missed if Discord, the Tacticus API, Supabase, Fly.io, or the game itself has an outage, or if Snowprint changes the game config. We may patch, change, or take the service down at any time.

We may suspend or remove a guild's access at any time, including for abuse or anything that puts the service or other guilds at risk. You can stop using Ahriman at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server (and contacting us if you also want your data deleted — see the Privacy Policy).

We may remove content, disable features, revoke dashboard or bot access, or delete configuration when needed to protect users, servers, Ahriman, or third-party services; to respond to abuse, security, privacy, or legal issues; or to enforce these terms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of Ahriman — including missed boss kills, lost guild progress, missed pings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Ahriman is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop or Snowprint Studios. All game assets, names, and references remain the property of their respective owners.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the support Discord. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
